We assign an Client Executive to your group for the long term to develop a “partnership.” Our primary objective is to open a direct line of communication with your leadership and your volunteers. This is your single point of contact for all your policy service requests.

Our Claims Services Manager provides a timely and critical service to you when a loss occurs at your location. Whether it be a property damage or bodily injury, she is an ally to you in shepherding your claim through the claims procedure to its resolution.
Our Director of Risk Management Education develops our communication pieces and educational resources. In addition, she coordinates the Risk Management on the Road and MJ Housing Forum programs, as well as administers the website and our social media presence.
Our Senior Account Manager is primarily responsible for Certificate of Insurance requests and the corresponding contract review.
Our Account Manager is responsible for contact management, as well as a myriad of other tasks that support the Sorority Division associates.
