The Sorority Division of MJ Insurance is offering an outstanding opportunity to support an important program while increasing your visibility with the National Panhellenic Conference sororities.  We are preparing for the 2018 MJ Housing Forum and invite you to add value to the program as a sponsor. We are excited to provide this opportunity to a select group of business partners whose services and expertise we believe will be beneficial to our clients.  The 2018 MJ Housing Forum will be Thursday evening, February 22 through Friday evening, February 23.

The mission of the MJ Housing Forum is to be the premiere opportunity for NPC property leadership to hear new and revisit old ideas around property and liability management of their chapter properties.  By “property leadership” we mean those men/women who work on a regional or national level with the local chapter housing entities. The MJ Housing Forum is the only conference of its kind that convenes sorority property leadership of all 26 NPC member groups in one place for the purpose of education, peer sharing and network building.

The MJ Insurance Sorority Division covers the expenses for each of our NPC clients to send three property leadership volunteers and/or staff individuals to participate.  Some attendee groups send more than three individuals. Because of this selective audience and high caliber programming, we are offering the following levels of commitment for those business partners wishing to participate as sponsors:

Silver Sponsor  ($2000)

  • Exhibit table all day Friday, February 23rd from 7:30am – 5:00pm

Timeline of Expectations:

October 19th: Registration for sponsors opens
November 22:  Call for Topics closes
January 5, 2018: Sponsor registration closes

We strive to make the Housing Forum as salient to the issues our clients are experiencing as possible. For that reason, we often do not have the agenda finalized until just days prior to the Housing Forum. We will send out a final agenda to you as soon as it is available.

Registration:
Registration for sponsors is open! Space is limited. If you are interested in sponsoring, please register no later than January 5, 2018. Sponsorship opportunities will be closed after that date. Refer back to this page for additional information as it develops.

Hotel Reservations:
Again this year, the conference will be held at the Renaissance Indianapolis North. Sponsors and attendees will be making their own reservations.

Follow this link to make your reservation under the MJ group.

Booth Assignments:
Table assignment will be given on a first come, first serve basis based on level of sponsorship and date we receive your sponsorship payment. We cannot assign booth locations until sponsor registration closes. Stay tuned for additional details from us once sponsor registration closes on January 5th.

For the last several years, we have seen increased interaction between sponsors and attendees during booth time and throughout the forum, due in part to the success of a raffle that encouraged meaningful conversations and connections. We plan to do the same this year. Business partners are welcome to sponsor their own raffles, as well.

Call for Topics
MJ Housing Forum sponsors are invited to suggest topics for the 2018 MJ Housing Forum. This is a format for sponsors to suggest areas of interest for presentation/discussion. Please email your suggestions to sara.sterley@mjsorority.com and include: session title, brief description (3-4 sentences), and reason for suggestion.

Suggestions will be reviewed by the programming committee to assist with the development of program topic areas for use during the submission phase of planning. Submission of a suggested topic does not guarantee selection by the programming committee.

Please refer to our FAQ page for any additional questions that you may have.

Thank you for your past and continued support of the MJ Housing Forum. We look forward to seeing you in February 2018!
