What are the specifics of the booth?
Each booth has a six foot table covered in black linen, trash can, and electricity. You are welcome to do whatever you want within the confines of your booth. Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not bring signage that would block their view or traffic. If you want to ship items directly to the hotel, they ask that boxes arrive no more than 3 days in advance of the Forum (address below). Further inquiries about additional items for your booth, please contact our representative at the hotel: Molly Snyder at email@example.com.

Will wifi be provided?
Yes, wifi will be provided, and the password is mjhousing.
When will we receive a list of attendees?
We will send a list of attendees after attendee registration closes around the first of February.
What will be the raffle prize this year?
We have not yet decided on the raffle prizes. Stay turned for more details. Attendees will be informed that they will only receive raffle tickets for “meaningful conversations” with the sponsors. We have been stressing in our communications how valuable it is for attendees to mingle with and learn from all of you, and we will continue to do so throughout the conference. Jessica will give you raffle tickets to distribute upon registration. If you would like to do a raffle, we can do a large group drawing with the MJ drawing at the end of the day on Friday.
What meals and sessions are we welcome to attend?
All sponsors are welcome to attend the programming sessions. We would prefer that sponsors sit at the tables/chairs at the back, so that attendees have seats toward the front.
Silver sponsors are welcome to attend the breakfast and lunch on Friday, and your sponsorship covers the cost for two individuals for each meal. Should you wish to bring additional individuals to meals, that is no problem; we will invoice you separately.
Gold sponsors are welcome to attend the Thursday evening reception and all meals, including the reception on Friday. Your sponsorship covers the cost for four individual to attend for each meal/reception. Should you wish to bring additional individuals to meals, that is no problem; we will invoice you separately.
Please note that the meals Thursday evening and Saturday morning are only included for attendees.
