We’re in a unique position to help: We are all sisters ourselves and proudly part of an organization that specializes in serving the sorority system. Since 1984, MJ Insurance Sorority Division has been building what today is the premier resource for property and casualty insurance for Greek-lettered organizations.
In fact, nobody writes more property and casualty insurance programs for women’s fraternities and sororities.
We didn’t grow to hold that honor without becoming experts in risk management and the unique interests of our clients. We’ve worked hard to construct comprehensive and competitive insurance products just right for keeping down risk—and costs—for your organization.

All Certificate requests must be submitted directly via an online form.We are a new sorority looking for insurance. Can we get a quote?
Unfortunately, at this time, we only have a market for member organizations of the National Panhellenic Conference. We will update our website accordingly if that changes in the future.Does MJ Insurance approve events?
No, MJ Insurance offers recommendations based on prudent risk management. Your national organization has the ultimate decision as to the approval of your event based on your organization’s risk management policies and the specifics of the event.Can we use personal homes for sorority events?
Yes, but there is significant liability that the homeowner should be aware of. For more information, please the Liability Issues section of the Resource Library.What is your risk management position on 15-passenger vans?
Because of the tremendous risks associated with 15-passenger vans and the driver selection and training requirements, we discourage the use of 15-passenger vans for any activities.What happens when a liability event occurs?
Any type of incident should be reported immediately to MJ Insurance. Officers and members will be interviewed by the insurance company to uncover the details of the incident.
